Last night on Million Dollar Listing, Madison and Chad spoke at a conference about "high-end real estate in a down market." At least that's what they were supposed to talk about. Chad danced around on stage in hot pink socks and the crowd ate it up. Madison tanked when he took a turn to negativity town ("Why is failure even IN the dictionary?") Not even Chad's shiny bowl cut could lift the crowd's spirits. But what you DIDN'T see on-air is this bonus clip below, in which we see the boys pre-speech routine. For Chad, that's getting high on aerosol hairspray. For Madison, it's a mirror pep talk!
