Million Dollar Listing
Chad Rogers

I was extremely nervous to give the Scottsdale speech to a room full of colleagues. I must have prepared in front of Victoria and Starla at least 50 times to a point where both of them were sick of hearing it. But it's always important for me to be prepared in anything I do especially speaking in front of a large group of real estate agents.

My speech was about "uber" luxury real estate which everyone loves!!! But any speech can get boring if there is no humor sprinkled into it. At the end of the day, Madison and I are successful real estate agents, but there will be times when we're not going to please every audience we come face to face with. In my opinion, Madison's speech was fine.

It was funny to watch myself "chad-er-ize" the Mar Vista listing before the open house. It's all about getting down and dirty to please the clients! I had a lot of pressure from Sharon to sell her property FAST. I was very relieved when the perfect buyers walked through the door. Watching myself negotiate was intense. The only person I was thinking about during this moment was my client and representing her to the best of my ability which proved to be a success.

I really enjoyed this episode as I was able to show all of you that hard work really does pay off!!!

This is the 1st season of Million Dollar Listing I've watched, & I'm surprised how much I'm enjoying it! I'm not usually a fan of 'real estate/home' shows but I'm really liking this one. And for me the most surprising discovery is how fascinating Chad is...seriously! I just can't put my finger on it, but besides his hair (obviously fabulous) he also has a certain intriguing quality that almost compels me to keep watching! In addition, all 3 of the young men are likeable in their own way; it's clear that despite their differences & disagreements, they all had good upbringing & at heart are good people. Very nice to see on TV!!!

Hey peeps, leave Chad's hair alone. Everyone can't wear the same do & personally, I love it. It DOES look professional as he keeps it looking very nice. And frankly...he's hot!

Chad -
You have the best approach of all three of you on the show. You come off as sincere, honest, and trustworthy. Josh is funny, but funny only goes so far. Madison seems cool but you are so detail-oriented. I love the fact that you bring flowers and food to your Open Houses. So what if you're a little obsessive about things; in this market people need a realtor like you representing them. I think you're cute too! You can "Chad-a-rize" me anytime!

Hi Chad. I love watching the show but your inability to hold eating utensils correctly sends me over the edge & I have to change the channel. It probably wouldn't bother me as much from anyone else, but it is completely at odds with your obsession for perfection. Can you maybe take a class or have your mom show you the correct way to wield forks, knives & spoons? Geez...

Chad,
I luv u, my husband hates you, so your perfect for interesting conversation in our home. I sold real estate for several years and i see the good and bad you do, but you are successful, so i guess its working!!!Good luck with everything, but I agree with some on your girlfriend...she does roll her eyes a lot with you, so look for the signs, you always know when someone has an alterior motive $$$$ make sure you BOTH love each other. We love your dog, is she the toy variety? or just a pup? We'll be watching!!!

Chad,
You are my favorite! You are completely over-the-top, but that's part of your image - you exude confidence and you instill comfort and confidence in your clients! I have no doubt that you will continue to be successful. You have passion and you are extremely smart about business dealings and managing your clients' expectations! I watch the show sometimes just to learn from you about those two things!!!
Good luck!

I am not sure what's more creepy about you Chad. Your hair, your weird idea re: a contract for dog ownership, or your lack of interpersonal skills

Hi Chad, what was up with your talk with your Dad? He didn't appear to say anything at all? That bag you keep your Starla in---does it have venting? It looks more like a laptop case & not a dog carrier, can she breath in there?

Chad, I am finally starting to GET YOU! You're like a sleeper in some ways.. you look so unassuming but wow can you negotiate! I also love how you incorporate so many levels of attention into the service you provide to people. Your eye for detailand amazing work ethic make you shine!
P.S. I love the slightly longer and a tad wavy/thicker hair..it's really good on you!
