Million Dollar Listing
Chad Rogers

I almost forgot how stressful the deal with Val's property was - especially the open house! Not having the key to the guest house was just ridiculous. It's critical that I take care of all of my clients and place the utmost in loyalty and care to get the job done. At the end of the day, I was able to put a smile on Val's face - that makes it all worth it.

I love having lunch with Victoria and Starla on the weekends. It's our only quality time we get to spend together since Victoria has a full time job and is always traveling. Thankfully, Starla got her "room temperature" water that Victoria was so adamant about ... haha.

It was nice seeing my mom in this episode. She is the best chef in the whole world and I'm not saying that because she's my mom. She knows exactly what to make and for any occasion. I especially love her red velvet cake that everyone saw last season. I love spending quality time with her because she gives the best advice!

Chad...you spend money like water like $700 cakes to impress other brokers. Sure it is tax deductible but I really wonder if you could do without all that unnecessary expense. For someone your age you impress me as being very mature. Good luck and make plenty of money...you'll need it.

Chad,

You are definitely my favorite! I know this is a reality show, but I'm sure the toast you gave to Victoria had to be scripted. As much as your job comes first, you have good manners, and I know you wouldn't have said something so selfish had not the cameras been on!

BTW - isn't the money you spend on marketing a property tax deductible??

Keep loving your reflection....no shame in that!

Chad, you are my favorite on the show. But, I can't believe you wanted Victoria to sign a "joint-custody" over Starla. Doesn't make sense! Buy your own dog.
Victoria always seems sad. Listen to your life coach.
Take care.

I am curious as to who that is playing your life coad.. Interestingly he has the same nose as you, face strucure , and even your voice and speech patterns... does the life coach happen to also be a relative... ah.. reality!

Chad, you are fabulous! You are my fav out of the 3. I thought the life coach thing was hilarious. Starla is precious, and honestly i would've done the same thing about the agreement. I'm 23, and you're a huge inspiration to people my age trying to own our own business and become successful. Thank you for the awesome show and laughs!

Cakes,

Victoria always seems sad to me....I bet if you were to have a heart-to-heart with her she might tell you how depressed she really is. Is she dissatisfied with her job? Or is she having some difficulty dealing with your fame?

Chaddy cakes - you are tooo much toooo soon and I love it - I want to see more interaction with you and the unforgettable Josh Flagg - the two of you together always at odds over the most small things make this show = Bravo better realize this.

Hey Chad,
This is my first time ever writing a comment... anyway, lets start out by saying I respect you. Few people are special enough to be so well rounded to be sooooo succesful, so early in life. I am a young nurse and I know how hard it is to make a name for yourself and gain respect from collegues and the public. The way you've thrown yourself out there and are doing this tv show is a true sign of your integrity and ambition. I have to say though, it was a little strange that you made a fuss over the dog and didn't try to commit to Victoria as well at the same time. We cannot turn back time to make things right, but it may have made a lasting impression on your girlfriend as far as where your priorities are. You are super sweet, meticulous and understanding... I know it would be hard to loose your sweet little dog, but on the other hand, I think you deserve someone who puts as much love and effort into you and what intrests you.
